I've spent the last two decades building and leading People and Talent functions from the ground up — at early-stage startups finding their footing and at scaling companies navigating rapid growth. My work has always centered around connecting a company's growth strategy to how it hires, leads, and scales, because that's where founders and CEOs start to outgrow what they can carry alone. When those foundations are built intentionally, growth doesn't just happen faster; it happens better.
My approach
Early-stage companies don't need a full HR department. They need a trusted partner who's been here before, knows what to build next, and can move between strategy and execution — someone who can turn founder vision into scalable systems and culture.

I step in as a Fractional Head of People and Talent, joining leadership teams as an experienced thought partner to help founders and CEOs see around corners — and bring the experience to know what should come next. That can mean designing a talent roadmap, building performance frameworks, or guiding founders and CEOs through their first leadership hires.
