Global Tech Company
50 employees across 15 countries, fully remote

Partnered with the CEO as a trusted advisor on People and HR strategy while mentoring and coaching a senior HR Generalist to expand her leadership scope. Together, we focused on aligning HR programs to company growth plans, clarifying priorities, and developing sustainable people practices.

Global High-Tech Manufacturing
~30 employees, bootstrapped and growing

Partnered with the Founder and CEO as a trusted advisor to build foundational People and HR practices that could keep pace with growth. After an HR audit and listening tour, we identified key priorities to strengthen operations, improve communication, and bring more clarity across the team. Projects included launching a company intranet to streamline communication and designing a data-informed recruiting and onboarding process that improved hiring decisions and created a more consistent new-hire experience.

Pre-Seed Startup
10 employees, fully remote

Partnered with the founding team to set up the company’s first People foundations, including implementing a PEO to streamline payroll, benefits, and compliance support. These early systems created structure and clarity for a small but fast-moving team, giving the founders more time to focus on product market fit, financing and growth.
